Alternating between home gym & hotel gyms
Hello,
I travel for work up to 50-75% every month and find myself being split about 50%/50% between my home gym and hotel gyms which typically have limited equipment. I have a full power rack at home which I enjoy using, but I am curious if I would be better off picking exercises that I know most hotels can facilitate? (i.e. dumbbell exercises). I would hate not to take advantage of my home equipment, but I ultimately care about results more.
If I do alternate exercises mid-meso cycle does the app calculate target sets and reps between similar exercises? Ex. barbell bench press vs dumbbell bench press.
Curious to hear your thoughts. Loving the app so far!
