Sick!!!!

I ended up catching a pretty bad cold. I should have started week 2 of my Meso yesterday but ended up skipping the day. Does anyone have any insights on what do to? Should I continue the rest of the week as if I didn’t skip the day. Should I make the day up on a Saturday (rest day), or should I just skip the entire week and wait until I’m fully recovered from this cold? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

  • You should wait until you are fully recovered from the cold. Training while having cold can lead to myocarditis (inflammation of the heart muscle) and that can take you out of training for months or worse.

    + It is not cool to go to the gym and spread the flu. :)
