Deload Variation: condensed deload

Offering the option to select an alternative plan, such as a full-body plan for two to three sessions per week, would be an appealing choice for the planning of the deload phase.

    Thank you for your suggestion! In the meantime, we recommend running two deload days back to back in the same session, with a small break in between, to condense down on training days.
