Increase weight, exercise tempos, super sets
First please add an option to add supersets and be able to increase the weight on different sets in the same exercise. I bought the program in the middle of a mesocycle I was trying from T Nation called the optimized volume training. I am going to finish it to see if any gains come from it. But it’s hard to do on this app because every set is a super set and they are 5 sets of 5 per exercise with the first exercise being a heavy lift usually a compound lift or something along those lines. I.e. bench press, squat, barbell curl, skull crusher etc. done at a 201 tempo (2 seconds down, 0 pause, 1 second up) with the second exercise more of a complimentary exercise I.e. flys, dumbbell curls, rope push downs, lunges etc. with a tempo of 602(6 secs down, 0 pause, 2 up). I do like the program but it would be nice to be able to tell the app that’s how the exercises are being performed because I’m sure it makes a huge difference for the algorithm. Thanks!

Thank you for your suggestion! For now, to add a set with a new weight in the same exercise, click on the exercise menu and select 'add down set.'
To track supersets, simply add a note in the exercises. For example, super setting a bicep curl and a tricep movement, add a note that reads "superset with curl" in the triceps, and "superset with triceps" in the curl. Tempos for exercises are totally up to you, and also a good thing to enter into the exercise notes!
