4 day split while working out 6 days per week

Hi All,

Is there anyway to program a mesocycle for a 4 day rotating split while working out 6 days per week?

Muscle groups will not always fall on the same day. For Example:

Monday: Chest Bi Hamstring

Tuesday: Back Tri Abs

Wednesday: Shoulders Bis Cavs

Thursday: Quads Glutes Forearms

Friday: Off

Saturday: Chest Bi Hamstring

Sunday: Back Tri Abs

Monday: Shoulder Bis Cavs

Ect...

  • This is a good question. I would echo the request.  Is there a way to set up a routine that doesn't fit neatly into a one week cycle.  In other words, like the first person who posted, I would like the ability to have routines that allow for cycles that "overlap" a week, and Monday isn't always the same workout but is just the next workout in the rotation.
