4 day split while working out 6 days per week

Hi All,

Is there anyway to program a mesocycle for a 4 day rotating split while working out 6 days per week?

Muscle groups will not always fall on the same day. For Example:

Monday: Chest Bi Hamstring

Tuesday: Back Tri Abs

Wednesday: Shoulders Bis Cavs

Thursday: Quads Glutes Forearms

Friday: Off

Saturday: Chest Bi Hamstring

Sunday: Back Tri Abs

Monday: Shoulder Bis Cavs

Ect...

    Yes, you can run a 6 day plan as 4 days/week! The app doesn't stick to a calendar. You can simply leave the days unlabeled and run the 6 day week in a longer microcycle as you have outlined above.
