New user needs help
How do you change weight for the next set, I added a down set and it added the same exercise again instead, I'm confused? Also not much info on how to use this or am I not seeing it, last where's a more normal preset for ppls or bro split, who trains a bodypart 4xs a week, or do we just create our own, thanks.

Hey there,
Adding a down set will add another set to the same exercise, but this will allow you to enter a new weight if you are not performing straight sets. The app is currently designed to run straight sets. Check out this video playlist linked as it explains the app with visual guides.
