Adductors?

I can't find adductors. Do they exist? Will they? Should they?

  • I count adductors as part of quad. Activated in wider stance foot placement in squats and leg presses.

    The adductors are hit very well with full rom quad movements so there isn't a specific category for them. While you could add a custom exercise for them for your quads, you would be isolating them at the expense of the other muscles in the quads. Our recommendation is to stick with deep leg bending exercises like squats, leg press, lunges, etc..
