RIR when given target reps?
Not running into this issue on week 1, but curious about it when following the program - if the app prescribes reps, should we end early if we hit a ~2 RIR, keep on pushing if it feels too light to hit ~2 RIR, or just hit as many reps as possible up to the target & the app will autoregulate from the effort logged?

There doesn't seem to be a place to set or describe RIR objectives for the meso. It is just plain textbook microcycle to next progressive overload it seems. This method should be fine beginner-intermediate lifters. Way down to the road map probably real value add could be realized if the app showed meso forecast similar to JuggernautAI.

When just starting the exercise there is no weight or rep shown only RIR. Should we pick a weight based on 10rm like what is done in the excel training templates?
