Why aren’t there more exercises?

Sport science research and practice seems to indicate that 1-3 exercises per muscle group per workout is about as many as most people will benefit from. If you’d like to do more exercises per session, by all means simply add them manually. If you want to do an exercise that doesn’t appear in the drop-down menu, please just add your own custom exercise. Over the lifetime of the app, our development team will regularly look at what exercises people add the most often, and film instructional videos for them, adding them to the list from then on.
