Yes you can. Especially if you’re in a rush and someone is using the machine you wanted to use next. For the most optimal results, especially if you’re a competitive athlete, we recommend sticking to the prescribed order as often as possible and only changing exercise orders when absolutely necessary.

I'm curious to know more about this topic as it doesn't necessary specific if I could do the push pull type workouts in superset fashion or if I should be completing all sets of chest before the back exercise. I achieve more volume for the given set when supersetting vs. requiring long rest to fully recover to achieve same volume when completing all sets of chest before moving on to back.
Same question. It would be great to have the option to turn on supersetting and have the workout update accordingly.
