Getting Started
Welcome to the RP Hypertrophy app! Get ready to take your muscle growth to the next level. To ensure you have what you need to get started, you will find a walk through below showing you how to get your training set up so you can get to training hard and getting jacked.
When you first log into the app you will see the following:
You will find that you start under the plan a new mesocycle page. This is where you will go when it is time to set up a new cycle to get started or set up a new cycle after you finish a previous one.
You will find a few of our top picks but if you wanted to delve a little further, you can hit "Find A Template" or "Build A Mesocycle From Scratch"

If you are looking to find a template and want to have one prepared for you, please hit find a template where you will find more options along with the the ability to filter options.

When getting to sort you can set the number of days. If unsure, check out our article here on how many days to select. Select the appropriate sex and then the emphasis you would like.
Select the options that align with what you want and hit Apply:
You will find options that align with the filter options. Select template you want, and hit plan a new mesocycle:

You will be welcomed with a full week layout with days at the top and body parts designated for each day. You can change the listed day but this will not change the order. If you wanted to change the order of the days it would mean rearranging the movements to be on the day you want. If you want an asynchronous split, you can leave the days listed as 'Add a Label' to leave the days listed as Day 1, 2, 3, etc. You can select the exercises you would like for each movement or have the app select them for you. To select your own, you can hit the drop downs and select the movements you would like to do. If you would like the app to select them for you, you can hit the three dots on the top right and hit autofill.
Once your movements are set, and you are happy with the movements you have, hit create mesocycle. Where you can finalize the name, number of weeks, and units to use. Please be sure to set the units to the units you will be predominantly using.
Hit create and your cycle will be created! To view your current mesocycle you can hit mesocycle on the left hand side or current workout to view your current session.
