If you fall outside the range repeatedly, the app will either notify you, change your weights so that you’re back in the range, or both. If you prefer to train outside the range and you’re using good technique and feel like it’s effective, you can totally ignore the app’s suggestions if you’re confident in your own approach, no big deal.

I don't get notifications nor suggestions when I fall outside my rep range. Reps just keep going up (outside the range). Is there an issue with this feature?
Haven't got any notifications either..
My reps go up on cable exercises and not the weight
